Just starting. How should I enter old inventory?

Hi James,

Your item list should have been retrieved from QuickBooks Online during your initial synchronization. To enter the initial quantities of those items, go to the Inventory menu and choose "Adjust Inventory on Hand." Create a new adjustment transaction and set the proper quantities of your items.

For now, that's the best way. We're developing a much easier mechanism to enter your initial quantities, but it's not quite ready yet. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

Also, if you enter new items, you can enter the quantities when you create the item. It's only for existing items that you need to enter an adjustment.
