Please advise some cool musical video game

Budgets, and pragmatism.

AAA games need to earn back their huge production budgets. They do this by selling selling selling and selling some more. Music sells. So you get a lot of great commercials, ads, trailers, clips, and featurettes with all the expensive music licensing that comes with it.

Well now everyone expects a great soundtrack. Can't risk poor reviews. So more money goes into expensive music licensing.

And of course since the job of selling the have doesn't end on release day we still can't risk poor reviews. So let's not release it for PC. Not just yet. Can't have below spec machines negatively influence the reviews.

Gotta earn back that budget.
