Two extra singles from the soundtrack were put out underneath the Pistols model-Tudor-Pole, among others, singing "The good Rock 'n' Roll Swindle" and a Rotten vocal from 1976, "(I'm Not Your) Steppin' Stone"; each fell simply shy of the top Twenty. The 1978 "No one Is Innocent"/"My Way" was adopted in 1979 by Vicious's cover of Eddie Cochran's "Something Else" (quantity three, and the most important-selling single below the Sex Pistols identify); Jones singing an original, "Silly Thing" (quantity six); and Vicious's second Cochran cover, "C'mon Everybody" (quantity three). The road, which grew to become known as a catchphrase of McLaren's, seems in the lyric of the title observe (credited to Jones, Cook and Temple) (6:59-7:02); as a motto on a conveniently positioned coat of arms (21:30-21:36); and in massive letters on a T-shirt received by McLaren in several scenes (first absolutely seen: 26:26-26:51; partly visible in three subsequent scenes). For the final three to four a long time, Corporate America has created a market niche for the LGBT community. I did not mention how masterfully directed-by Alan Taylor-that last scene was. Rolling Stone listed it at No. 2 in its 1987 "Top one hundred Albums of the Last 20 Years". Four songs from Swindle grew to become top ten singles, one more than from Never Mind the Bollocks.
