Modalert promotes wakefulness, helping patients with narcolepsy and sleep apnea remain alert and focused. However, duration varies per person. Some may be up longer, while others may be asleep sooner.

Modalert 200 keeps you awake for 10–12 hours, depending on metabolism, dose, and tolerance. Effects of the medicine usually start within 30 to 60 minutes and persist all day. Peak effects usually occur 2–4 hours after consumption.


Modalert must be taken in the morning or afternoon to minimize nighttime sleep disruption. Late use might make it hard to fall asleep. Always follow your doctor's dosage directions.
