OE Companion Discussion Group

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using OE Companion for a few weeks now and I really appreciate how it helps organize learning materials. However, I’m trying to adapt some of the templates for a more subject-specific curriculum (especially in science and history), and I’m hitting some roadblocks.

Has anyone here successfully customized the templates for more targeted lessons or assessments? For example, I’d love to adjust the vocabulary template to include etymology or historical context fields. Also curious if there’s a way to add conditional formatting or interactive components?

Any tips, examples, or even screenshots would be super helpful! Thanks in advance.
