Anyone else running with a Siemens service lately? Had to get a tech out for our trusty machine and the whole thing was surprisingly smooth. The technician was a total pro, fixed it up pretty quick. Saved a headache off my plate. Rates are never cheap, but you're paying for the know-how, seems fair. What's the word on their support contracts? Might pull the trigger for less downtime drama.
