I know that if you delete an item in OEC it will not be deleted in OE.  But if you delete an item in OE will it be removed from OEC?  And also, what happens if there is a conflict (i.e. both sides have a changed value in a field)?

If you delete an item in QBOE, it will only deleted in OE Companion if you choose the Full Sync option. It won't happen on a Quick Sync. Also, if there is a conflicting change, QBOE wins.

I have a new question about synching.  I was expecting that when I recorded a sale in QBO that when the synch occured, I would end up with a cost of goods sold entry taking the items sold out of inventory.  I don't see that happening.  Can the program do that & if so, what do I need to do to enable it?  My customers sometimes buy a lot of little things each time & it's a pain to have to calculate the cost of goods sold entry manually.
