Is there a way to add approval signature line to the Purchase Order? If the person generating the PO does not have unlimited approval and send me the PO via email; there is no place to sign or authorize.

Hi Sandra,

The next release of OE Companion will have that as an option that you can turn on or off. For now, there are two ways to handle it. You can either include it in the "Vendor Message" field with a couple of blank lines before the vendor message (if needed). Or if you go to the "Inventory Settings" menu, you can turn on our PO approval system which allows one person to enter a PO but not send it until it is approved. Hope this helps.
