What you DO NOT need are the two major mistakes people usually make when it is time to prepare for the swimsuit season. You should alternate circuits by day, either working out every day M-F and taking Saturday and Sunday off, or working out every other day. It is indeed a very short period of time so you can't expect it to be perfectly chiseled after religiously doing the series of tips below but you are guaranteed to see results and an almost-perfect six pack abs.
