There are two common causes of this problem. First, make sure that automatic journal entries are enabled in the Inventory Settings screen. Second, you must specify the proper QBOE accounts that you want to be associated with each item. Otherwise, OE Companion won't be able to send the journal entries because it won't know which accounts to update.
