Tea - Though China and Sri Lanka are exporting tea, Indian tea leaves have their own aroma and taste. Indian state of Assam (east India) produces one of the finest quality.
Textiles - To buy ready made garments to carpets at desired quality in small quantity is possible in India. Ludiana, Banglore, Chennai and Tirupur are the cities that you should look for if you are into garments.
Cement - India is largest exporter of cements used for construction. I dont know much about the places they are produced.
